We value your time and kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow us to offer the time slot to another patient. Please note that a $20 fee applies to no-call/no-shows, with subsequent missed visits billed at the full appointment rate. Emails and voicemails notifying the office of a cancellation need to be received by the office staff the business day prior to your scheduled visit by 5:00 pm.

New Patients: A comprehensive New Patient Exam is required before scheduling adjustments to ensure we have a complete understanding of your spinal health and unique needs. This diagnostic step allows us to provide the safest, most targeted and effective care for your body’s needs. Please note, all appointments must be booked under the patient’s own name and personal profile.
